Terms & Conditions
1. Prices subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company.
2. Third party charges including Govt. charges and taxes, if applicable, shall be extra.
3. In case of delayed payment penal interest for first 6 months shall be charged @ 15% p.a. and
Thereafter 18% shall be charged up to 1 year and thereafter penal proceedings including cancellation
of allotment and resumption of site shall be initiated by the company.
4. Possession of the above allotted Industrial Shed shall be handed over within 2 years from the date
of issuance of allotment letter and in case possession in offered before the expiry of 2 years then the
Allot tee will have to deposit the entire balance amount of the principal along with accrued interest if
Any.
5. Service tax applicable 2.57% as per govt. norms will be charged extra.
6. Balance 75% shall be paid in 7 quarterly/ 4 five monthly equated installments with 12% interest
p.a.
